What is FSSAI License?

The FSSAI license is mandatory for any business involved in manufacture, processing, packaging, storage, transportation, distribution or sale of food products. Operating without a valid FSSAI license can result in heavy fines and business closure.

Types & Pricing

Processing Fees only. 18% GST + Govt. fees extra.

FSSAI Basic Registration

For petty food businesses with annual turnover up to ₹12 lakhs. Home bakers, small retailers, hawkers.

For medium food businesses with turnover ₹12 lakhs – ₹20 crore. Restaurants, caterers, manufacturers.

For large food businesses with turnover above ₹20 crore or operating in multiple states.

Annual renewal of Basic, State or Central FSSAI license before expiry to avoid late fee & penalty.
