The client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information. ScaleZest works exclusively on the basis of the information and documents submitted by the client. We do not independently verify documents.
If any errors, penalties, or legal issues arise due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, the client shall bear full responsibility. ScaleZest shall not be held liable for consequences arising from inaccurate client data.
ScaleZest provides document preparation, application filing, and compliance advisory services. We do not provide legal representation in courts or tribunals unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Processing timelines depend on government portal response. ScaleZest is not responsible for delays caused by government departments, portal downtime, or policy changes.
As per our Payment Policy: 50% advance is required before commencing work. The remaining 50% is due upon work completion.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
